About the Speaker

Dr. Deepa Menon, MBBS, MD, MSHA, FAAP, is a neurodevelopmental disabilities specialist with nearly two decades of experience caring for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental conditions.

She serves as an Associate Professor of Clinical Neurology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and Assistant Medical Director of the Center for Autism Services, Science and Innovation (CASSI) at the Kennedy Krieger Institute.

Dr. Menon is a committed advocate for autism awareness, education, and evidence-informed healthcare. She has contributed to national autism advocacy initiatives, healthcare policy, peer-reviewed publications, educational resources, and professional development.

She also holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and has completed the Oxford Women’s Leadership Programme at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School.
